Relaxation classes - Wednesdays 3-4pm
Feeling stressed or anxious? Need to find ways to relax? These sessions will help you to acquire the skill of ’living in the present moment’. Led by Ann Douglas, sessions are based on the principles of ’Mindfulness’ and include a guided silence. No need to book - just come along when you can. Classes are seated, so suitable for people with limited mobility. These classes will run as ’open bowl’ sessions. That means there is no specific charge but donations will be gratefully accepted.
